Account information
Your account may show orders, purchased products, license-related information, download access, support references and other information connected to your purchase or service request.
Security
You must not share private account access, license keys, protected download links or support access links with unauthorized parties. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us as soon as possible.
Software, licenses and service entitlements
License and access terms
Custom Auth Suite™ software packages may include open-source or GPL-compatible software components where stated in the package or documentation. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot be restricted under the applicable software license. Separate from the software code itself, purchased licenses, license keys, commercial package access, protected downloads, update access, support entitlements and account-based services are provided according to the purchased plan, edition, duration, domain coverage and policy rules shown during purchase or in your license communication.
Domain coverage
A commercial license or service entitlement may be limited to one or more domains. Extra domains may be available depending on the product, purchased add-ons or plan rules. The license service may record the primary domain and any additional covered domains.
Activation, validation and updates
The software may contact the Custom Auth Suite™ license service to validate the license, check domain coverage, confirm plan permissions, enable protected downloads, verify update eligibility, check installed package/version information or verify access to specific features and services.
No unauthorized sharing of access credentials
You may not resell, share, sublicense or make available your license key, account access, protected download links, support access links, update tokens or private service credentials except where expressly allowed in writing. This restriction does not limit any rights that may apply to software code under an applicable open-source license.
Downloads, updates and digital delivery
Protected digital files and package access
Software packages, templates, documentation and digital files may be delivered through protected, temporary or tokenized links. These links are intended only for the customer, domain, license, order or service context for which they were generated.
Download and update access
Download or update access may depend on license status, plan, product type, installed package, installed version, domain coverage, order status, support status, compatibility requirements or other policy rules implemented by Custom Auth Suite™.
Security controls and checksums
For security, fraud prevention and delivery integrity, download events, update checks, package access, license access, activation events, token events, checksum information and technical metadata may be recorded in a privacy-conscious way, as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Immediate digital access
Withdrawal period and digital performance
For customers acting as consumers, where the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies, checkout may require a separate consent to begin supplying digital content immediately before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Where the consumer gives prior express consent to the immediate start of supply, expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance begins in the circumstances provided by law, and the other conditions required by applicable law are satisfied, digital supply may begin immediately.
License, download and first activation
License generation and delivery, availability of a download, actual delivery of a protected file and first activation of the license on a WordPress installation are distinct events. Custom Auth Suite™ may record delivery and download events and, when a first activation occurs, the related timestamp, activation domain and technical activation metadata, as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Support services
Technical support is treated separately from digital content. Where a consumer requests that a paid support service begin during the withdrawal period, withdrawal before full performance may result in a proportionate amount being payable for the service already performed, where provided by law. Loss of the right of withdrawal for a service is linked to full performance of that service and to the other conditions required by applicable law.
Loss of the right of withdrawal in connection with the immediate supply of digital content does not limit any mandatory rights available to the customer where a digital product or service is defective or lacks conformity. Consumer withdrawal provisions apply only where the customer acts as a consumer and where provided by applicable law.
Please read the Refund and Returns Policy for more information about withdrawal rights, digital content, downloads, first license activation, support services, defects and lack of conformity.
Support services
Technical support, tickets and diagnostics
Support services may include pre-sale assistance, billing support, technical support, one-shot interventions, support extensions, diagnostic review, ticket handling or other assistance related to Custom Auth Suite™ products.
Support scope
Support is limited to the purchased product, plan, domain, support period and support type. Some support requests may require a valid license, an active support entitlement, a diagnostic report, a support token, a ticket reference or sufficient technical information.
Doctor reports and diagnostics
Installation Doctor reports and support diagnostics are intended to help understand configuration, compatibility and support context. A Doctor Report does not automatically mean consent to continuous diagnostics. Additional diagnostics, attachments or access information may require a separate request or explicit action by the customer.
Third-party systems
We may help identify compatibility or configuration issues, but we are not responsible for problems caused by hosting restrictions, WordPress configuration, email delivery services, caching/CDN tools, security plugins, third-party themes, third-party plugins or external services not under our control.
Support access roles
Custom Auth Suite™ may use restricted operational roles and support-agent accounts to process tickets and support requests. These accounts are designed to access only the support tools necessary for ticket handling and do not imply general administrative access to customer websites.
Compatibility
WordPress environment
Custom Auth Suite™ is designed for WordPress environments, but compatibility depends on the specific WordPress version, PHP version, hosting configuration, server rules, installed plugins, active theme, caching tools, security rules and third-party integrations.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible and secure WordPress installation, keeping backups, testing changes safely and ensuring that your website configuration allows the purchased product to work as intended.
No guarantee for every environment
Because WordPress environments vary widely, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every hosting provider, theme, plugin, cache layer, security rule, custom codebase or server configuration.
Intellectual property
Ownership and restrictions
Custom Auth Suite™, its branding, software, documentation, design, code, protected downloads, templates, text, graphics and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Except for the license rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred.
You may not
- Remove copyright, license or proprietary notices.
- Redistribute or make publicly available license keys, private credentials, protected download links or tokens, service access, private service materials or components for which you do not have redistribution rights. This restriction does not limit rights granted in software code under applicable open-source licenses.
- Attempt to bypass technical license checks or access restrictions.
- Use the brand in a misleading way or imply unauthorized endorsement.
Permitted use
You may exercise the rights in the software code granted by the applicable open-source license. Separately, access to license keys, licensing services, protected downloads, commercial updates, support, accounts and other service entitlements remains subject to the purchased plan, duration, domain coverage and applicable terms.
Payments and prices
Orders, taxes and availability
Prices, product availability, support options, license plans and promotional offers may change over time. The applicable price and conditions are those shown during checkout at the time of purchase, unless a clear technical or pricing error occurred.
Order processing
Digital delivery may depend on payment confirmation, order status, fraud checks, license generation, domain information and other automated or manual checks.
Coupons and promotions
Coupons, discounts and promotional conditions may be limited by time, product, plan, domain, support status, renewal window or other eligibility rules.

Remote Admin Messages
Custom Auth Suite™ may deliver safe JSON administrative messages, such as compatibility notes, license and support reminders, tutorials and product guidance. Remote Admin Messages are content payloads only: no remote JavaScript and no arbitrary remote HTML is executed.
Privacy-safe Interaction Analytics
Privacy-safe Interaction Analytics are optional and disabled by default. If explicitly enabled by the administrator, aggregated events such as impressions, dismissals and CTA clicks may be sent to Custom Auth Suite™ services to improve message relevance. The data is anonymous, aggregated and global and does not track the website where Custom Auth Suite™ is installed.
Limitation of liability
Technical product disclaimer
Custom Auth Suite™ is provided as a technical WordPress product and service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, website downtime, third-party service failures, incompatible configurations or issues caused by systems outside our control.
Backups and testing
You should maintain reliable backups and test configuration changes before using them on a production website. No authentication, security or licensing product can replace good operational practices.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our products, website, legal requirements, technical infrastructure or commercial policies. The updated version will be published on this page with a new update date.
