Custom Auth Suite™ Early Adopters — Program Terms
These Program Terms apply specifically to participation in the Custom Auth Suite™ Early Adopters program and supplement the general Custom Auth Suite™ Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookies Policy.
1. Purpose of the program
The Early Adopters program is intended for real-world evaluation of Custom Auth Suite™ before paid license sales open. Participation is intended for people who plan to install, activate and use the software on an eligible WordPress website and, where useful, report practical issues or feedback. The program is not intended solely to obtain a package for passive inspection or redistribution.
2. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, decline or request clarification about an application, including the proposed domain and intended use.
3. Complimentary license grant
An approved participant receives one complimentary Custom Auth Suite™ Advanced or Premium license, according to the approved application. The license is classified as Gift / Complimentary, is valid for 12 months from issuance, is limited to the approved domain and does not create a purchase, payment obligation, subscription or automatic renewal.
The license is personal to the approved participant and program use. It may not be resold, transferred, published or redistributed. The software remains subject to the general Custom Auth Suite™ Terms of Use.
4. Eligible domain and first activation
The approved domain must be a public/online production WordPress site. Local, development, test, staging or similar non-production environments are not eligible for this Early Adopters program.
The license must complete its first valid activation on the approved domain within 7 days of the first successful License Delivery. Resending the License Delivery email does not restart this deadline.
5. Missed activation deadline, revocation and reactivation
If no valid first activation is recorded within the 7-day window, the license may be placed in revoked status. The license record is retained for audit and is not deleted.
If you contact us and there is a reasonable explanation, such as a technical problem, misunderstanding or compatibility issue, we may manually reactivate the license and start a new 7-day activation window, or exceptionally waive the first-activation requirement. A reactivation does not extend the original 12-month license expiration or the original support expiration.
6. Complimentary technical support
The Early Adopters grant includes 30 days of complimentary technical support for the approved domain, starting from grant issuance. Support remains subject to the normal Custom Auth Suite™ support security, identity, entitlement and diagnostic-consent controls. Reactivating a revoked license does not restart or extend the 30-day support period.
7. Package delivery and updates
While the license is valid and eligible, package delivery and native Custom Auth Suite™ updates are provided through the normal protected CAS License Server mechanisms. No static public ZIP entitlement is created by the program.
8. Feedback and public reviews
Practical feedback is welcome and helps us improve the product, but participation is not conditioned on publishing a review, rating, testimonial, social-media post or other public endorsement. No particular rating or positive opinion is required or rewarded.
9. Program integrity
We may suspend or revoke a grant in cases of abuse, material misrepresentation, unauthorized redistribution, security misuse or other material breach of these Program Terms or the general Terms of Use. Existing records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, audit, support and licensing integrity.
10. Program availability
The application window may be paused, closed or extended. Changes to a program do not silently rewrite the offer snapshot accepted with an already-submitted application. Rights already issued remain governed by their recorded grant, license and entitlement data unless they are validly revoked under the applicable terms.
11. General Terms and Privacy
Participation also remains subject to the Custom Auth Suite™ Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookies Policy. Where these Program Terms add program-specific conditions, those conditions apply to the Early Adopters grant.
